Update: Service has improved dramatically since original 2-star review.

Wife was ridiculously excited to have a Tim's open near us... then this particular store happened.

Food, coffee, and doughnuts are spot on. Service is terrible. Slow, wrong orders, missing items, or incorrectly made. Gave them a pass at opening, but 2-3 months later it should be up to par.

Really hope they turn this one around soon. Will adjust review if things improve.
